In short

No passwords, no ads and no tracking cookies. You can browse without giving anything. The only personal data kept is your email address, and only if you sign in to keep favorites, subscribe to the newsletter or ask for a reply to feedback.

What is collected, and why

Newsletter: your email address and your settings (frequency, platforms), to send you new finds. Legal basis: your consent, given by confirming your address.

Favorites: the games you add to your favorites, linked to your email address, so you can find them again. They are private.

Sign-in links and session cookie: sign-in and confirmation links contain a random, short-lived key. When you open a sign-in link, one cookie keeps you signed in on that device for 30 days. It is strictly necessary for favorites to work, and it is never used for tracking or shared. Signing out deletes it.

Feedback: your message and, only if you give it, your email address, to answer you.

Server logs: IP address and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. Kept for 30 days.

Cookies

This site only uses the minimum functional cookies it needs to work: one that remembers, for a year, that you said you are 18 or older, one that keeps you signed in if you choose to sign in, and one that protects forms, like the feedback form, from abuse. They are strictly necessary, never used for tracking or advertising and never shared, so there is nothing to accept. You can delete them at any time in your browser.

Who can see it

Only the site owner. Emails are sent through OVH (MX Plan). Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

How long it is kept

Favorites and sign-in: until you use Forget me, or after 24 months without signing in (we email you a month before, so you can keep your account). Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, then deleted. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 7 days. Feedback emails: deleted once the conversation is over.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time. Every newsletter email has a link to your email settings, where you can download your data or use Forget me to erase everything linked to your address, instantly. For anything else, write to contact@wanderer-dreams.ovh or use the feedback page. This site is run by one person alone, so requests are answered on a best-effort basis.
